Revert "msm: ep_pcie: Disable clkreq interrupt and release wakelock in D3 cold" 



This reverts commit 5a9939d3
Reverting change to unblock compilation error of missing variable
'ep_pcie_dev_wake' will pull back the changes with proper
dependent changes.
