drivers: thermal: bcl: Update vbat vlow and clow trip threshold logic

vbat vlow and clow has a predefined list of threshold and trip mask, which
it will try to match the input to and programs the trip mask. This logic
won't program the exact trip threshold mask if the input threshold matches
the threshold value in the list.

Update the trip threshold logic to program the right trip mask if there
is a input threshold matching the entry in the list.
