Revert "ACPICA: delete check for AML access to port 0x81-83"



This reverts commit fdbdc7fc.

That temporary quick-fix is no longer necessary,
as the previous patch, a65131e9,
"I/O port protection: update for windows compatibility"
should handle this issue for all ports, including this one.
