defconfig: arm64: msmskunk: Enable data features

Enable configurations needed for the operation of data specific
features. Multicasting is required for media functionality.
INET diag destroy is needed now that SIOCKILLADDR has been
deprecated. RMNET_DATA is enabled to bringup the rmnet_data driver
for MAP functionality.
