ARM: dts: msm: increase VDD_APC0/1 CPR ceiling voltage for sdm845

Increase the VDD_APC0 and VDD_APC1 CPR ceiling voltage for lower
corners in order to match that of the highest Nominal corner.
This ensures stable operation on sdm845 parts which have been
fused with high required LowSVS and SVS voltages.
