ARM: dts: msm: disable CTM in SDM845 MTP



Keep CTM disabled in SDM845 MTP platform. It is kept enabled on other
SDM845 platforms like QRD/QVR where TSKIN sensor with external resistor
is populated to allow USB connector temperature mitigation.
