pinctrl: Rename Broadcom Capri pinctrl binding 



The compatible string of the Broadcom Capri pinctrl driver is renamed to
"brcm,bcm11351-pinctrl" to match the machine binding here:
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/arm/bcm/bcm11351.txt
