ARM: dts: msm: Enable sdhc1 and sdhc2 for sdm670 mtp and cdp

Add DT entries to support eMMC and SD card in sdm670 mtp and cdp. The
properties which are not applicable to sdm670 rumi have been either
deleted or overwritten in the rumi dtsi files.
