scsi: ufs: remove printing dumps after link startup failure

We may have UFS controller interfaced with removable UFS card and in such
case, if card isn't inserted then UFS link startup attempt would fail and
we don't want to print huge UFS dumps after this failure. This change
removes printing these dumps for now, we can't do this selectively
(allowing dumps for embedded UFS) as we currently don't have any capability
to know that UFS controller is interfaced with embedded UFS card or
removable UFS card.
