ARM: dts: msm: Update device nodes for MSM8917 



Device tree node changes to support the msm8917 device bootup.
And also add device tree node support for msm8917-pmi8950 MTP device.
This implementation is based on snapshot of the
msm8917 device tree from msm-3.18 commit faa5dc38f2678
("Update target name references for MSM8917").
