ARM: dts: msm: Add device tree support for qcs605 lc variant



Add base device tree support for qcs605 low cost PM660 + pm8005
Remove the earlier overlay files as the device node does not
get deleted from them.

QCS605-LC does not have PM660L, hence remove its instances.
