ARM: dts: msm: enable VDD_APC0/1 CPR aging adjustments for sdm845 



Enable VDD_APC0 and VDD_APC1 CPR aging measurement and
adjustments starting from CPR revision fuse value 1.  This
ensures that power can be saved on un-aged parts and that
sufficient voltage is applied for stable operation on aged
parts.
