spi: spi-geni-qcom: Use non-interruptible wait during transfer

Currently the SPI driver uses interruptible wait and the thread that is
doing the transfer gets interrupted due to an unexpected signal. This
puts the SPI controller in a bad state when the transfer is finally
complete.

Use non-interruptible wait to ensure that the transfer is complete
before returning.
