USB: buildfix ppc randconfig 



We could just make the USB_OHCI_HCD_PPC_OF option implicit
and selected only if at least one of USB_OHCI_HCD_PPC_OF_BE
and USB_OHCI_HCD_PPC_OF_LE are set.
