ARM: dts: msm: Update TCS partition for APPS RSC for SDM845

Firmware is configured to use TCS 2-4 for sleep and TCS 5-7 for wake
sets leaving TCS 0-1 for active mode communication. Update the device
node to reflect the configuration.
