intel_idle: Support for Intel Xeon Phi Processor x200 Product Family



Enables "Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) Processor x200 Product Family" support,
formerly code-named KNL. It is based on modified Intel Atom Silvermont
microarchitecture.
