Merge branches 'acpi-processor', 'acpi-battery', 'acpi-utils' and 'acpi-fan' 

* acpi-processor:
  ACPI / processor: use container_of instead of casting first structure member

* acpi-battery:
  ACPI / battery: Replace strnicmp with strncasecmp
