USB: serial: ftdi_sio: add id for Cypress WICED dev board 



commit a6c215e21b0dc5fe9416dce90f9acc2ea53c4502 upstream.

Add CYPRESS_VID vid and CYPRESS_WICED_BT_USB and CYPRESS_WICED_WL_USB
device IDs to ftdi_sio driver.
