ARM: dts: msm: enable VDD_APC0 CPR closed-loop operation for sdm845 



Enable VDD_APC0 hardware closed-loop CPR operation so that power
can be saved when the chip operating conditions allow for it.

The CPR controller decides if the VDD_APC0 voltage needs to
increase or decrease in order to achieve a given performance
point based on CPR sensor measurements.
