I can't enable a bluetooth hotspot with e installed on a fairphone 3

I bought a fairphone 3 with e installed and i can’t figure how i can share my connexion via bluetooth. I can find bluetooth settings and i can play music with bluetooth speakers but i can't find any parameter to share a bluetooth hotspot.

Note : There seems to be many projects on /e/ and i absolutely don't know which of them is concerned with this issue. Sorry if this is not the good one.
