FP3: proprietary-files: Drop some proprietary components from the build

Following seem to be incompatible on Android 12:
* com.qualcomm.qti.services.secureui
* com.qualcomm.qti.services.systemhelper
* ConnectionSecurityService and TrustZoneAccessService
Drop these modules and corresponding libraries.

Additionally, drop the following as they are no longer used:
* SimSettings
* NetworkSetting
* QCC - this is just an Analytics service which is optional.
