hal: Use non TMUS snd_devices on TMUS 

* Force usage of SND_DEVICE_IN_VOICE_DMIC & SND_DEVICE_OUT_VOICE_HANDSET
  on TMUS
* Fixes broken mic input on TMUS in voice calls (unless speaker was
  toggled on and off)
