SMS failed to be send after 3.7-a15 update

## The problem
**After update from 3.6 to 3.7, sms failed to be send. Receiving is still ok , but reply or send is not possible.**
**Same thing aith QWIK application and default message App.**
**Reproduce :**
send a sms =\> got notification : "Message can't be send"
## Technical details
I apply update from e-3.7-A15 to A16 with : e-3.7-a16-20260410606675-community-r8q.zip and sms sending is now working again :-)
