[ONEPLUS NORD AVICII] Screencast is broken since upgrade from A14 to A16

## The problem
When trying to connect to a WIFI display device (eg Samsung TV), the connection attempt dropped few seconds after clicking "Authorize" on the TV screen.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Settings \> Connected devices \> Connection preferences \> Cast \> click on device to connect to
2. Phone says "Connecting to Samsung TV ..." and the TV show message "Connexion from Android_xxxx : authorize / don't authorize ?"
3. Click on "auhorize" on the TV
4. Phone says "Connecting to Samsung TV" few seconds then connection dropped
5. After connection failed, i need to reboot the phone to get sound back on the phone (media, alerts, notifications, etc.)
