[joyeuse] Pure Black mode not working and triggers BlissWeather location access

## The problem

I am reporting two issues on my device:
1. **Visual Bug:** When the "Pure Black" mode is enabled, there is **no change** in the UI background colors. It remains the same as the standard dark mode (greyish) instead of turning into true black.
2. **Privacy/Trigger Bug:** Every time I toggle the Pure Black mode (either ON or OFF), the **BlissWeather** app immediately triggers a location access request. A theme change should not prompt a location check.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Go to **Settings** \> **Display**.
2. Toggle the **Pure Black** switch.
3. Observe that the background color **does not change at all**.
4. Notice the location icon in the status bar (triggered by BlissWeather) at the exact moment of the toggle.
## Technical details
- Device: Redmi Note 9 Pro (joyeuse)
* Issue: "Pure Black" toggle is unresponsive for UI colors and causes unnecessary GPS polling via BlissWeather.
