[FP6] Fairphone 6 calls and messages are not avalible for periods of time
- /e/OS version: 3.5 (bug also was on 3.4 and I don't know if it was prior.)
- Device model(s): FP6
- Impacted Application: ~"/e/OS Dialer" ~"/e/OS Message"
- Phone carrier : Sunrise (Switzerland)
## The problem
When using the fairephone 6, when I recieve calls, sometimes, they go straight to the voice mail, and when this happen, I'm also unable to call for a period of time, nothing happens. 4G and 5G works fine even during those interuptions.
Those happens only on the fairephone. everyone else around me is able to pass call etc... but not to me.
Sometimes text messages are also extremely delayed and not sent for a while.

## Tried solutions :
* Reset APN (not working)
* Reset Network settings (Not working)
* Change SIM slot (not working)
* Set to airplane mode for 30 seconds (not working)
* Restarting the phone (not working)
* Turning VoLTE on/off (not working)
* Turn on/off 2G calls (not working)
**That kind of issues should be a priority, as a phone is made to : well, call and text before using any apps.**
**That also means that if I'm in a emergency situation, emergency calls won't work if that bug is present.**
