It is happening since version 3.4 I think. It doesn't always happen, and I'm not exactly sure if it is a restart or a full session crash. When I witness an occurence, I am on the SIM unlocking step, as if it just restarted. It is always happening when I don't use the phone while charging. I found no other link between the different occurences. Sometimes it does so just a few seconds after I put it down, sometimes it happens in the middle of the night.
