~FP4 Calls not received on Free Mobile Belgian Roaming

## The problem
Calls are not received using a French Free Mobile Sim card on Belgian Roaming. Calls sometimes go out as hidden call.
Outgoing calls, SMS and mobile data do work.
What has been unsuccessfully tried:
- Resetting APN to default
- Manually changing roaming mobile network provider
- Resetting mobile network settings to default

Insert a Free Mobile SIM card on a FP4 running /e/OS (3.5) in Belgium
