## The problem
**Describe precisely the problem you're facing and add screenshots to illustrate**
I have [Happybytes](https://happybytes.no/) and are using my FP in Norway. Happybytes are utilizing Telenor as a network provider. Norway is closing down their 2G network (3G already closed) by the end of 2027 (and Europe by 2030 I believe). Many providers have already done so. Which means that 4G calling or VoLTE [is required.](https://www.telenor.no/dekning/2g/) Whenever I activate VoLTE I am able to receive and transmit calls, however, whenever I receive a call, the caller ID is just saying **Unknown** even if the caller is in my contacts. If i try the same, but with VoLTE deactivated, the number/name displays according to my contacts.
Based on the provided screenshots (note: the call was done without WiFi on), I can see that IMS registers and VoLTE is Available. I can also see that the received call is performed over VoLTE when accepted, based on the HD icon, 5G coverage icon and the fact that I am able to browse using mobile data while on a call.

4. Receive a Phone call
