FP6: Not possible to make some photo viewers the default when launching from the camera

## The problem
**Describe precisely the problem you're facing and add screenshots to illustrate**
When selecting the last photo from inside the camera app, a menu asks which app to use for viewing the photo ("Open with ..."). Even after selecting "Gallery", which is in the "Use a different app" section, the next time the menu shows again the wrong app (PixelKnot in my case) as default choice and so it is not possible to apply "Always" to the "Gallery".
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Install several applications to view photos.
2. Open the camera app and take a photo.
3. Tap on the new photo miniature to view it.
4. Select one of the apps under "Use a different app".
5. Close the viewer app, go back to the camera and tap again on the photo.
