Improve UX when the app cannot be installed because of a support rule

**I want to** have a UX which makes it clear for me it's not possible to install the app and explains why\
**in order to** understand what is going on instead of keeping retrying to install.
## Description
The idea is to take inspiration from Aurora Store which makes it crystal clear why an app is not installing whereas on our side currently the user only sees a `Retry` button and keep retrying without success.
