automatically sync new calendars and task-lists from the web to the device
- /e/ version: 2.0
- Device model(s): any
- kind of both: improvement, but bordering on bug
## Summary
From nextclouds / murena.io web perspective:
When a user **creates** new calendar or task-list, or **renames** existing calendars or task-lists, the changes aren't reflected on / synced to the device **automatically**, right now it needs user action into multiple-level options.
(For context: task-lists are technically caldav calendars)
There is a higher-order ux issue to this, as new calendars or task-lists cannot be created / renamed to the full extent as in the other direction (device->web).

## Description
**What is the current behavior?**
1. user creates new calendar / task-list on the web
2. even after a long waiting time, the changes will not show up
**What is the improved behavior?**
1. user creates new calendar / task-list on the web
2. change is pushed within a defined time interval on the device, time interval is announced to the user
**What does it bring?**
fixing the behavior fulfills user expectations on how state is synchronized between cloud and device.
## Workarounds
either:
* disable calendar / task sync and re-enable in Account Sync options
or
* Settings → Accounts → murena Account → My Account → Additional settings for account → (chose large account tile) → (chose “CALENDAR” tab) → either upper right three-dot Menu → Refresh calendar list OR second from bottom with folder-update-icon

## Mock-ups
no mockup as it should work in the background, with only a notification on the web that the change will be propagated in time interval "x".
