Add a Reset settings option in Mail's General Settings

There is no Reset settings option in ~"/e/OS Mail"

There is a `Reset settings` option in ~"/e/OS Mail"'s General settings. When the user taps on it there is a dialog saying `To reset the Mail app to its default settings press "Continue".` There are 2 buttons in this dialog `Cancel` which cancels the reset of the settings and `Continue` which resets the settings to default settings.
