Unable to rotate, edit nor delete a picture on Fairphone 4 SD card folder

## Summary
Unable to save a picture in SD card folder that we have just rotated in Gallery app.
Pictures that are stored in the internal memory can be modified without any problem.
## The problem
**Steps to reproduce**
Go in the gallery app, select a picture that is located on the SD card folder, select "edit", select the 3rd tool from the left (crop, straighten the image), select "rotate", then save (top right).
**What is the current behaviour?**
Gallery app crashes, "FX" is displayed in the notification bar, but nothing happens. The image is not modified.
**What is the expected correct behaviour?**
Image should be correctly saved in the new format in the Gallery.

**Workaround**
1) Download and install "Simple gallery pro" app from app lounge, the same task works well with that app.
2) Share the picture with "Telegram", choose a contact, then rotate it and send it can do the trick.

**Possible fixes**
None. I tried to clear cache and data storage of the application, deactivate "advanced privacy", without success.
I also tried to "export" the modified image instead of "save", but unsuccessfully.
This bug appears on my FP4 as well as my spouse's FP4 (same config).
