Add Phone sync app

Since /e/ does rely on Signal anymore, the sms database can be sync with Nextcloud using (Phone Sync)[https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/ocsms] app. This app allows user to upload sms on their nextcloud. It also allows users to restore sms database.
