Problem with 'failed domain authentication'

Hello!
When I recieved the email to activate my new ‘e-cloud’ test acount I got a warning message from my e-mail provider (protonmail) about a ‘failed domain authentication’.
I don’t know what this means in technical terms but I tought it was interresting to pass it on. I’ve added a small screenshot.
