Two statusbar icons have the same functionality

On e-0.1-201809291534-nightly-s2 for LeEco there are two icons in the status bar that provide the same functionality. They are called "Light" and "Flashlight". Both toggle the built in flashlight.

I would expect that each icon in the status bar has a distinctive functionality.
