[BLISS for tablets] Dock icons centering issue

The problem
When going back to the Home screen, after using an app in Portrait then Landscape mode, the Dock icons are not centered anymore. Flipping the tablet to Portrait then Landscape gets the icons centered back.
I think it's a regression from 3.4, since I don't remember observing this (but only ran 3.4 for 2 days).
I'm also unsure if it's limited to tablets, since I have no phone running /e/ yet, and that behavior may be less visible on phones.
Steps to reproduce

Start with the tablet in Landscape mode

Observe that Dock icons are centered

Open Browser
-
Switch to Portrait mode, then to Landscape mode

Go back to Home screen

Observe Dock icons not centered
-
Flip the tablet to Portrait then Landscape gets the icons centered again.
