Alarm Control is always on

Hi, i have fairphone-6 recently purchased. I noticed that Alarm in control center is always on, even if there is no alarms set. When i hit the alarm, nothing opens, and basically the time gets toggled to next minute (i.e., if current time is 08:30, and i touch the alarm control, it goes to 08:31 and no app gets open).

I opened the settings, cleared storage and cache. Still on.

FP6 running latest release /e/OS 3.5
