Advanced Privacy can't fake location to HERE WeGo maps (therefore probably many others)

The problem

Advanced Privacy leaks real location to HERE WeGo maps despite having the fake location feature on and the box checked for this app. Meanwhile, many other apps are given the fake location as intended.
