Adjustable Deactivation % of Android Power Saving Mode

Description
REQ1: As an Android user who utilizes battery charging limit features (e.g., stopping at 80%) to extend battery lifespan, I want the ability to set a custom deactivation threshold for Power Saving Mode, in order to have it automatically turn off at my preferred charge level rather than remaining active indefinitely due to the fixed 90% threshold. If the charging control percentage is lower than the currently fixed 90% deactivation threshold, the Power Saving Mode is never deactivated automatically. Also power saving might not be necessary if the battery is above a much lower value than 90%.
Validation
- Set activation threshold to 20% and deactivation threshold to 25%, charge from 15% to 26%, verify Power Saving Mode deactivates at 25%
- Set charging limit to 80% and deactivation threshold to 75%, verify Power Saving Mode deactivates at 75% during charging and does not re-activate
- Attempt to set deactivation threshold lower than activation threshold and verify validation error appears
