App Lounge uses mobile data unallowed

The problem

I do have a mobile data limit. The App Lounge did update apps or itself via mobile data although I did block that. That cannot happen. Now, my data for the month are gone and I'm fully offline while on my way as overstepping my data will empty the prepaid credit very fast.

I had update via mobile data disabled. And I'm not sure if it did not happen while I was in reach of WLAN (as I do have WLAN almost all day). As far as I know, Android has features where, when the WLAN is 'weak', it might go over mobile data. Don't know if that happened, but might be a possibility. Had that already longer ago once in a Signal call (e.g at home, with good wlan, the call did go over mobile data...)
