Nextcloud Talk - Delay while calling

The problem

When making calls via Nextcloud Talk, the calls start of with a small delay that increases with the duration of the call. At the start its tolerable, but after 5 minutes the delay is at least 2 seconds.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Nextcloud Talk
  2. Make a voice call to another phone
  3. Starts off okay, but already a bit delayed
  4. wait 5 minutes
  5. Experiece the pain
