[Documentation] Outdated / incomplete English version of "Migrate data from google cloud"

The problems

1. The English version of "Migrate data from google cloud" seems truncated, and not as complete as the French
2. Title translations are not used for this article, despite the title variable exist
3. side improvements needed around migration and Murena account contents and visibility

This piece of documentation is instrumental to supporting the migration to /e/
