pixel 7 panther no mobile internet
I want to put everything back in order here.
Recently I noticed that my mobile data has completely stopped working. Calling and texting still work fine, but I have no data on either my physical SIM card (A) or my e‑SIM (B).
I noticed this roughly began after the update to version v3.2. I use both SIMs at the same time, so it didn’t become obvious immediately. Looking back it seems that after the update to v3.2 SIM A stopped having mobile data, while SIM B still worked then.
A few weeks before the update to v3.3 the e‑SIM B then stopped working as well. With the help of my provider I was able to bring it partially back to life: a new QR code didn’t work, but after a profile reset I had 5G on this SIM again.
After the update to v3.3 mobile data on SIM B stopped again. I’m not sure whether that was immediately after the update or only a few hours or a day later. Again I asked for a profile reset, but this time unfortunately that no longer helped.
Result: I now have no mobile data on either SIM.
SIM A: physical SIM – provider Proximus (Belgium) SIM B: e‑SIM – provider DIGI
As far as I can see, nothing has changed in the APN settings.
