FP4: App i-KFZ (government app) detects open bootloader

The problem

With the app, you first have to identify yourself with your ID card and then you should be able to download your vehicle registration document. The identification works perfectly, but the download of the vehicle registration document stops at about 30% (...and recognizes the open bootloader in the background).

Of course, one could do without an electronic vehicle registration certificate, but the German government is also planning to introduce an electronic ID card by the end of 2026, and then we will have the same problem.

The error occurs on all devices with an open bootloader (e/OS, LineageOS, etc.).
