No video or sound in crunchyroll

The problem

when i play videos from Crunchyroll, the player shows dark screen with the subtitles and without sound. It was OK in 3.1 but KO since 3.1.4. I rolled back to 3.1.1 when the bug appeared in 3.1.4.
