Microsoft login broken again (this time from remote?)

The problem
Login to Microsoft SSO leads to "Something went wrong [4oggx]" upon login to o365/M$ apps (Teams or Outlook for instance)
This started a couple of days/weeks ago and I first suspected that to be related to AP (there were issues initially) after an OS or M$ update. But it seems not to be true because on a secondary (/e/OS) phone with a dated OS and M$ app version the same issue exists (while it was previously working). So maybe more a remote side change (M$ or from my org)..
Steps to reproduce Try to login to Teams or Outlook in the corresponding app. (Browser login works)
