[BLISS for tablets] Dock icon sometimes not centered

The problem

Typically, dock icons in the Bliss-tablet-view are centered in landscape mode (PIC-1). But if the user opens an app that only displays in portrait mode and closes the app again (in landscape mode), the dock icons in the Bliss-tablet-view are NOT centered (PIC-2).

Desired behaviour: Always when the Bliss desktop is shown, the dock icons are being displayed centered.

Steps to reproduce

1 - start Bliss on a tablet ensure that the initial Bliss-desktop is shown. Now the dock icons appear centered. 2 - open the Vinted app (fr.vinted) and close the app again Now the dock icons do NOT appear centered anymore.
