Spell checker has dark font and background in some apps

The problem
In non default /e/OS applications in dark mode, spell checking suggestion list appears with a dark background and dark font.

Here is another example of Discord with bright mode:
Text of add to dictionary and delete buttons also changes between applications, so it could be related with Material You.
